3, Test items- Voltage: The test instrument tests the voltage twice, once is the no-load voltage, and then the voltage after all items are tested, especially the short-term warranty, to ensure that the battery is normal after the short-term warranty. The secondary voltage is smaller than the primary voltage.
- The 1000hz AC internal resistance of the battery is tested.
- Charging overcurrent protection current: First of all, confirm whether the battery has a large charging current, and then the automatic protection function. If the charging current is large, the battery has no protection function and it is easy to burn out the protective circuit board in the battery. The charging overcurrent protection current function is very important. If not, choose continuous charging current.
- Continuous charging current: For a circuit board with a battery that does not have a large charging current automatic protection function, such a battery generally chooses the same current value as the charger when charging.
- Discharge overcurrent protection current: When the discharge current exceeds a certain value, it will automatically protect. Generally, it can be set according to the parameters of the specification.
- Continuous discharge current: refers to the discharge current of the battery during normal use. If there is a problem with the circuit board, the phenomenon of continuous discharge will not occur.
- Short-circuit protection time: When the positive and negative terminals of the battery are short-circuited immediately, the protection board turns off the reaction time. Due to the large current in the short-circuit, if the reaction time is too slow, it is easy to cause the circuit board to burn out. Therefore, the faster the time, the battery protection The better, it is generally below 1000us. If the internal resistance value of the entire circuit is too large during a short circuit, the short circuit time will be too long. Therefore, when the short circuit is too large, you must analyze the cause.
